Yesterday, I accompanied my niece to the agency that I have looked at the POEA. Taiwan andJapan are the countries that she wanted to go but I chose Japan because I knew she prefer to go there for personal reason.
I visited the POEA website last Sunday and I choose the job that she has experience. Then Ichecked the agency that has approved job orders. I pick one and looked all the work theagency offer. Typically the agency has many countries approved job orders but the one I have chosen, which is PRUDENTIAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INCORPORATED, ,is having Japan only as you can see at the screenshot below that I retrieved today from the POEA.
The next thing I did was I googled PRUDENTIAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC. to check its website but I landed to workabroad.ph where they have their profile updated.

How we go there?
We go to Alabang, then inquired a cigarette vendor. He told us to take a jeepney going toZapote.
We sit in front of the jeepney to ask the driver if he knows where is the location of PRUDENTIAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC. He first ask, the exact location then he told that knows it and he will drop us to the place. Below is the sketch I created for your reference.

Civil Registrar Copy - Form 1A or 102)
4. LATEST MARRIED CERTIFICATE (if married)(Photocopy & Original)
5. 6PCS. LATEST 2X2 ID PICTURES (with white background in formal attire)
6. IF HOLDER OF VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE (Photocopy)
7. LATEST NBI FOR TRAVEL ABROAD (Color GREEN) (Photocopy & Original)
8. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA / COLLEGE DIPLOMA (Photocopy)
9. CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT (COE) (Photocopy & Original)
10. ONE(1) LONG BROWN ENVELOPE
PROCEDURE:
This procedure is based from our experience as new applicants.
1. Write the name and position applied on the sheet of paper placed on the table at the hallway outside the door of the office.
2. Wait until the name is called, then you are instructed to get inside the room.
3. They will checked your documents if completed
4. If not completed, then you have to provide it and return to submit
5. If complete, then wait for their call for your schedule of exam (within that day) you are waiting outside the room/office.
6. After the exam, your can go home after have given the instruction to wait for their text to give you referral for medical.
