Duterte: I only heed to the Filipino people : PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte's war on drugs will continue even with foreign leaders taking a stand against it, most especially US President Barack Obama. Duterte was reacting to a question posed by a Reuters reporter with regards discussing extra-judicial killings (EJKs) with Obama.
