Duterte: I am not beholden to Obama, my master is the Filipino people: President Rodrigo Duterte said he's ready to meet with US President Barrack Obama, but will not explain anything about the alleged extrajudicial killings in the country. He said he is not beholden to anybody, except for the Filipino people.
