We purchased two items today with Lazada. We are excited because we have three available coupons as new customer. Two coupons received directly to our account as a new customer worth P200 each and another promotional coupon 12% discount OFF, Maximum of P300 discount for new customer also.
As we proceed to our order, we are looking where coupon can be apply. However, we finished the transaction and our coupon left all unused. We emailed Lazada right away informing them that the coupon was not able to apply and requesting them please apply to our recent order. They replied immediately, but they were not able to apply it anymore once an order has been made.
Our Lazada coupon experienced was not a good one but I decided to share this for you to be delighted once you have a coupon privileged from Lazada. Please be informed that you will not encounter the word COUPON and/or PROMOTIONAL CODE when placing your order at Lazada, instead you will see the word VOUCHER where you will apply the coupon code.
