Comelec’s Guanzon wants Smartmatic staff, officers to stay in PH: Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon urged the En Banc to issue an order that will prohibit Smartmatic’s employees and officers from leaving the country pending the investigation on the alteration of a script or computer command in the Comelec’s transparency server.
