Cayetano saddened by Duterte's rape joke: MANILA - Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, the running mate of PDP- Laban standard-bearer and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, admitted Sunday he was 'saddened' after the tough-talking mayor drew flak for his recent joke about an Australian missionary who was raped in Davao City.
